* The Death Row Models win the Conference due to winning tie-breaker #4, which states that superior points scored combined in head-to-head matchups shall determine rankings.  Raleigh and Death Row tied the first 3 tie-breakers, and Death Row won the 4th tie-breaker 54-41.
